A: Factory existing samples are free provided you cover the freight. For customized samples, a fee is charged which is refundable upon placing an order.

Q: What is the lead time for bulk production?
A: For orders less than 50,000pcs, the lead time is 15-35 days. Larger quantities are negotiable.

A: Our regular FOB ports are Guangzhou or Shanghai. However, any major China port can be appointed as per your requirement.
Q: What are the standard payment terms?
