What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 50 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly.
Can I get samples?
Sure. All samples are charged, but sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. It takes about 7 days to reach.
How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 7-10 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 10-15 days, depending on whether they need new printing screens, etc.
How long is the production lead time?
It takes 3-5 days for MOQ. We have a large production capacity, which ensures fast delivery even for large quantities.
How many colors are available?
We match colors with the Pantone Matching System. You can simply provide the Pantone color code you need, or we can recommend popular colors to you.
What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposit after the order is signed and 70% against a copy of B/L. For small orders, 100% T/T is required.
